I am interested in this line. I have Patience Baley (b. 1810 Missouri d. 1868 Wood County, Texas), wife of Major James Woosley (b. 1811 Christian County, Kentucky d. 1897 Campbell, Hunt County, Texas).
She was the daughter of William Baley (b. abt. 1784 Virginia d. abt. 1845 Nodaway County, Missouri) and Margaret Reed Baley b. abt. 1785 Virginia d. aft. 1850).
He was the son of Nathaniel Woosley b. Bet. 1770 - 1780 Halifax County, Virginia d. abt. 1855 Crawford County, Arkansas and Sarah Keesee (b. Bet. 1770 - 1780 Pittsylvania County, Virginia d. Bef. 19 Jun 1842 Missouri). My understanding is that Nathaniel Woosley was the son of Thomas Woosley and Elizabeth Walters
