I'm am looking for any information on my gg grandmother, Mary Jane Painton ( nee Peterman ). She was born in 1829 in Columbia Co, PA.
The reason I am posting this here, is that in the 1900 Census, she is listed as living in Davidson Twp, Sullivan Co, PA with her grandson, John A Worthington. The census does not list an age or birth year for John.
I was hoping someone may have come across the Painton name during the course of their Worthington research.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
