Dear Scott,
I found your intimate research into the Wray's of Glentworth very interesting and informative. My father is a direct descendant of Sir Drury Wray, 6th Baronet of Glentworth, through his daughter Albinia Wray (who was granddaughter of Edward Cecil, 1st Viscount Wimbledon. He in turn was the son of the 1st Earl of Exeter of Burghley House, Lincolnshire. Albinia Wray married John Bury of Shannon Grove. Albinia Wray is my father's great-grandmother 7 times removed. From looking at my father's family tree, the Wrays seemed to have married into our family on several occasions, that is probably because they lived quite close by and also that they were Protestants.
Kind regards
Vanessa Roe
