I find that there is a branch of the Wreford family from Stratford Ontario related to my branch of the Fitz-Henry's from London, England. My great-uncle Jim was in the Navy during WW2, and I have found newspaper cuttings relating to his visit to his uncles John Murphy and George Wreford who used to live at 179 St. David Street in Stratford. Jim also had a cousin, Pearl Wreford who he was in correspondence with during the War. Unfortunately Jim recently died and I have only found these things out from sorting his effects.
