I'm from Steve Wretham's line (Roy's Son - see a few posts above).

Our tree on the Wretham side pritty much stops dead at "Brian Roy Wretham". And Thats my Grandad.

He re-married at some point between 197? and 198?. Both him and my step Nan, as far as I know, where burried next to each other at St Michaels Church in Wilmington. (Definatly know my step nan was burried there, because I remember visiting the grave)

Not much is known before that. All I know is that the rest of "Brian Roy Wretham" family lived in Dartford... possably Temple hill "Somewhere".

My grandad never said much about his family... he just sat there eating fish and chips :D

I have a James Wretham born 1844 in Norton, Suffolk.
He is the son of Thomas Wretham.
He married Ann Swain in 1880, Tonbridge, Kent.
Witness. William & Hannah Wretham.

1881 Census.Livng in Tonbridge with wife.
1891 Census.Living in Tunbridge with wife.
1901 Census. Living in Tonbridge with wife & nephew, George Hill, aged 10 from Bexley.

Can anyone give me further info on this Wretham family.

i think the william you have in your list should be 1857 the william you appear to have dated 1863 (i have now had sight of the birth certificate and gives different parents although i do not have the certificate now) the parents were listed as william and kezia

My Wretham line is through my great grandmother, Charlotte Wretham, daughter of James Walter Wretham and Kezia Cock.
Parents of James are James Wretham and Mary Spalding.
I have a good bit of side information collected. If you let me know what names your boyfriend's uncle has collected, I will search for possible connections.

My name is vicki. I have a boyfriend friend, whos surname is wretham. His uncle has made a family-tree, and we know there is a Cherlotte on it , and with that name.

Any information on the Wretham family will be greatly appreciated. My great grandmother was Charlotte Wretham. She married John Lewis Bone and gave birth to my grandmother, Winifred Wretham Bone, Sept.20,1887, in England.

I don't see any conditions at the present
time. My grandmother Winifred Wretham Bone's
mother was Charlotte Wretham born abt. 1855.
Her parents were James Wretham and Sarah.
I don't know Sarah's maiden name. Charlotte
was lived on Old Woolwich Road, Greenwich,
England. Charlotte married Lewis John Bone at
St. Mary the Virgin in Lewisham, Kent,
England. If you have any insight please

James Wretham was father of Charlotte Wretham
b. abt 1855. She married on 2 July 1883, at
age 28, Lewis John Bone age 26. At the time
of marriage Charlotte resided at Old Woolwich
Road, Greenwich. Child of Charlotte and Lewis
was Winifred Wretham Bone born 20 Sept 1887.

I have a William Wretham Born in Tonbridge, 1863, son of George Wretham and Mary Ann. They had nine children in the span from 1862 to about 1880 as follows; George, William, James R., Emily J., Alice Mary, Henry, Annie L., Charles, and Walter Ernest.
