Hi there. my name is Grant Yeargain, and i live in san diego california. as far as i have known, my dad and i were the only yeargains left in the states and wanted to know where your family was from. My father was born in north Carolina and was wondering if theres some sort of family connection. thanks

I am searching for the Children or Grandchildren of Juanita Rinehart -Yeargain. She was born 1917 and died Nov. 2005, in Johnson County Missouri. Her father , Melvin Ashley Rinehart, was my gg uncle, and I am in posession of his original marriage license. I would like for his descendants to have it. It is dated 1915, Miami, Oklahoma. Any help finding these people would be greatly appreciated.

my name is katy Hampton and my mother kathleen is a Yeargain of the John Memory Yeargain family. John Memeory is son of Jasper and Mary Holcomb. My Mother has a picture of Jasper and Mary. we believe they are decended from Rev. Andrew of Wales. Maybe you have info that could help us on our search. John Carl is son of John Memory and had 4 daughters raised in OK. Gerald Shannon is cousin to my mother and her sisters. Please reply if you can. Thank You.

What area of the country are they from? I have a half-brother a half-sister of my ggrandfather who married Yeargains in Gibson Co., TN, Henry Clay Pittman m. Sarah M. Yeargain 8 dec. 1852; sister Elizabeth m. Benjamin Yeargain on 25 Oct. 1853. The Pittmans were the children of Lunsford G. H. Pittman and Zelphia Bradley m. in Halifax Co., NC before immigrating to Gibson Co., TN prior to the 1850 census.

I'm in contact with a descndant of Henry and Sarah who may be able to help if this is your line. Go to the Pittman Forum and do a search on Bob Swindell. Sarah Yeargain was Bob's gggrandmother.

Have you a copy of the marriage record of Andrew Yeargain and Ony Bowles? If so, would you be so kind as to send one to me. I will be happy to pay for the copying and the postage. I am finding it difficult to get documentation for my Yeargain family. We are descended from their son Jarrett. I can't find his birth date and place either. Any help would be appreciated.

My grandmother was Edith. I do have information you may find useful in your research. Edith and Darius had 7 children, 4 are still living. Dorthy and Juanita live in Oklahoma. Woodrow lives in Texas and Marge in North Carolina.

My family is decended from Jasper's son, John. He spelled the name Yeargin. He married Eula McDonald. Their daughter, Gertie May, married Thomas Wright Cheatwood and was my father's mother. Another daughter, Edith, Married Darius Willis Wilson, a Choctaw. I would appreciate any family history I can find.
