Good question about their marriage! A newspaper article stated that one immigrated in 1850 and the other in 1851, but their first child was born in 1852, so it's possible they married in Germany. They were both born in the same town.

Now, I found a passenger record for a Ann Marie Aberley who immigrated in 1851. I will look again for Yeckley/Yaekle/Yaegli/Yakle
