Has anyone ever gotten any farther with the native american connection? My family still lives in Jefferson county and my grandfather remembers members of the family still being called "half-breed" when he was a kid in the 1940s. Our oral history always went that she was married to Jacob. I was told it was my gr gr gr grandfather Jacob who was Adam's grandson, but maybe it was being confused with Christiana's father Jacob?
