looking for Zanetti family/history

I am Mexican/Italian. My grandfather was Italian and went to Mexico on a business trip. And married my grandmother. His name was Arturo Zanetti. I am not so sure about this, but this is what my mother told me. This was in the early 1900's. My mother also told me that my grandfather only had one brother. And he was in Italy. I am just a little curious about my roots.
