Currently there are quite a few Zanetti families and relatives living in Detroit. Two brothers from Lodrone, Italy married two sisters from the Grassi family. Lodrone is in the Province of Trento. Many families from this province have settled in Detroit as well. Another spelling of our family name is Zannetti. Ellis Island tended to spell the name of many immigrants phonetically. I'm not sure of the complete lineage at present, however my mother is still alive and knows quite a bit.
