Early ZEHNDER's to Randolph County, Wv included John (5/7/1841-5/14/1926), a Union, Soldier married Ann Herren buried Yokum Cemetery near Harmon, WV in Randolph County,his son John Jr. {7/30/1832-2/14/1914} born in Switzerland also a Union soldier, a Pvt 37th Ohio, Inf, in 1883 he married Ruanna Lake, Children include Emma and Ida.
