Wow that's a lot of children. I never heard that about August and Julia having that many children. But if Louis (Auguste's husband) wrote it all down it probably was true as Auguste would know if she had more siblings. Its too bad that Louis didn't write anything about them down, like their names so we could possibly find them on a german census. I think maybe since they were older than Gustav, Auguste, and Emma they probably stayed in germany as they might have gotten married and started families of their own. Unfortunately for me I have looked on german census looking for my Guenther ancestors and have a couple problems. First problem i don't know german and second problem is there are many Guenther's listed with no way of knowing which ones are the correct Guenther's. By the way I found records that list Augustes Guenther (Julia's husband) listed as Carl (or Karl) Augustes Guenther. They seem to be one and the same.
