GREEKS IN MONESSEN


Beginning in March 2007, the Museum downtown will feature a historical and cultural background displaying the Greeks in Monessen. What’s involved? We need your stories and artifacts- How did the Church begin?; Greeks in the Military, Sports, Businesses, Work ethic, Family, history, pictures, old tools and/or artifacts, icons, needle work, Greek dancers, any artifacts from Greece(CHIOS) and the list goes on. The museum assured us of their professionalism. All items are numbered, kept safe, and returned promptly. The exhibit will include weekly or bi-weekly lectures and demonstrations to the public. Please begin to drop off your items at:
