Cleon ELMER came to Juab County about 1850, he died there at Chicken Creek. When he arrived he already had nine children, Fanny, Raymond, Edsil, Harriet, Henry Harvey, Timothy, Martha, Mary and Edward. He was married to Emily Clark about 1827 in Franklin Co, MA. I am trying to locate confirmation on his parents.

Cleon Elmer's parents were Gad Elmer and Anna Phillips.
This was noted in Buckland, Franklin County, Massachusetts
town records, and also a genealogy book written by the
Rev. William W. Johnson. The Book is named "Descendants of
Edward Elmer" printed North Greenfield, Wisconsin, 1899.
Cleon Elmer was born May 25, 1802 in Ashfield, Franklin
County, Massachusetts and died February 27, 1878 in Chicken
Creek, Juab County, Utah. His wife, Emily Clark, was born
July 19, 1809 in Buckland, Franklin County, Massachusetts.
She died on November 20, 1883 in Nephi, Juab County, Utah.
They married on January 01, 1827 in Buckland, Franklin
County, Massachusetts.

Gad Elmer was born August 31, 1760 in South Hadley,
Hampshire, Massachusetts and died November 13, 1819
in Ashfield, Franklin County, Massachusetts. His
wife Anna Phillips was born May 04, 1763 in Dighton,
Bristol County, Massachusetts and died March 03, 1812
in Ashfield, Franklin County, Massachusetts. Gad and
Anna were married on November 28, 1782 in Buckland,
Franklin County, Massachusetts.

I descend through Cleon Elmer also. Cleon had 11 known
children, the 4th being Harriet Elmer. Harriet was
born June 09, 1834 in Branch County, Michigan and died
on February 27, 1904 in Nephi, Juab County, Utah. Harriet
married Samuel Cazier on November 01, 1853 in Salt Lake
City, Utah. Samuel Cazier was born on August 14,
1831 in Brownsville, Oldham, Kentucky and died April 12,
1910 in Nephi, Juab County, Utah.

Samuel and Harriet [Elmer] Cazier had 12 known children,
the oldest being Emily Cazier. Emily Cazier was born
August 07, 1854 in Nephi, Juab County, Utah and died on
December 17, 1931 in Nephi, Juab County, Utah. She married
my 2nd great Grandfather, Thomas Ingram on January 27, 1873
in Salt Lake City, Utah. Thomas Ingram was born on
July 10, 1844 in Cosford, Warwickshire, England and died
on February 13, 1926 in Nephi, Juab County, Utah.
