Patience Came, 1710?, Maine or Scotland

I am seeking information on the origins, family and ancestors of Patience Came, probably born about 1705-1710 in the York, Maine area, of presumed Scottish descent--the "Came" surname is associated with the MacDonalds of Sleat.

Patience was married to Elder Joseph Kingsbury of York, Maine. One of their children, Lucy Kingsbury, was born in York on November 13, 1739.

A Samuel and Patience (Bragdon) Came were living in the York area of about the right age to be her parents--their child Joseph Came was born April 25, 1715 in York.

Another Patience Came (Samuel's grand-daughter) was born Feb. 15, 1740 in York.

Any information on my Patience's birthdate, family and ancestors would be appreciated.

Stackpole's book of List of Scottish in Dover, N.H. lists an Arthur Came. He was on of many Scots who were brought over here as a result of the war with Cromwell. They worked at the mills in Dover and Exeter N.H., and in what is now South Berwick, Maine. There were two battles which took prisoners in Scotland - Worcester and Dunbar. (1650 and 1651) - the dates for Arthur Came is the 1650's. These men were indentured for up to 7 or 8 years. Stackpole's information is on the internet. It is very interesting. Many settles in southern Maine and the Exeter/Dover area of N.H. once they were freed.
I am looking for information on the Dolloff family - name was Dalac, Dola,, Dolock, etc. before becoming Dolhoofe and other variants. He was taxed in Dover, N.H. in 1659, as were many of the Scots when they were freed and given land grants so I am trying to see if he was one of them although the name is hard to connect.
