Bob I am also looking for Cousins family info. My grandfather came from Armstrong county his name was Frank Elwood Cousins. He was married twice I dont know his first wife's name, but his second wife's name was Sarrah Kathrien Bowser. She was my grand mother.

He had a brother named Edward Cousins. I grew up in California and we have all been on the West Coast since 1951. There is a good chance that you are a descendant of William Cousins of Venango County, Pa. William was a soldier at Fort Franklin in what is now Franklin, Pennsylvania during the late 1780s to early 1790s. He and his wife, Mary Ann, stayed in Franklin after Fort Franklin became obsolete. William died in 1825 and is buried on land that used to be his farm.
