I amresearching all variations of the name that originally came from the Hunsruck area of the mountains East of Trier. And probably immigrated from Waloon Belgium about 1700. I have a myfamily web site for this name. I am interested in all those searching for any variation of this family name margedellwo@usfamly.net

Hi, just want to hang in there for someone searching our names and area. We are related to all the Dellwo/Delwo/Delvo names in the US that I know of. May be some here that have come directly from France, but ours is a derivitive having immigrated from Belgium to Germany or the Hunsrueck aea and then to various places, including Russia, Canada and the US If you are researching this name or a variation that came from the Trier area, please contact me. marge

I am researching the family of John DELVAUX & Anna KUMBERA. John's father Maximiliean immegrated from Belgium in 1855 with his siblings Charles, Josephine Angelizue and Jacques Alphonse Joseph and his mother Anne-Joseph MARICQ, widow of Jean-Baptiste. I do know that some of the other Delvaux families in the Green Bay & Oconto Falls area are closely related. John was also married to three other ladies during his lifetime.
