I'm also looking for any information any his mother Maria Chomik (Homik, Chomiak, Homiak), she was born in 1880 in Drezdenko, Poland. Her parents are Spiridiona "Chomik" and Barbara Wasienko.

Thanks
Dorothy

Do you know if your grandfather had any sisters? My g-grandmother's name was Mary Dyczko. She was from Poland, but I don't know where. She lived in Minersville, PA, and her married name was Pellish.

hi,

I am looking for my grandmother Paulina Homick's family in Poland. She passed away in 1980's in Toronto, Ontario. Her family moved to Canada in 1930's from Poland. If you know about her history or family tree. I would appreicate it.

Hello,

Sorry, I haven't checked the site for a while. My uncles' dad was Joseph Dyczko, he was my grandfather's brother. I'm not sure when he was born or if he had any brothers or sisters. I know my grandfather had three sisters Helena, Teresa & Pelagia. They have all past away. I'll double check with my uncle to see if there is any other Joseph Dyczko's in the family. Do you have any more information about your grandfather? My aunt has been doing some more research further back into the family tree, but I'm not sure how fat she got.

My great-grandfather, Andrew Maciejczyk was also from Krempna, Poland. (Also found as Huta Kremska.) It was a farming town in southern Poland. His wife, Victoria Piwowarczyk was from Skalnik, a small town north of Krempna. Another family name from Krempna is Wojcik.
