My grandparents came from Russia to N. Dakota in early 1900's. They moved to Oregon in 1930's . Their children moved to Oregon and Colorado. Any relatives out there?

Could you tell me from where and when
your ancestry went from Germany to Russia?
Thanks for your answer.

I can only trace my ancestry as far back as Heinrich Fauth, born 1817. m. Barbara Schmidt, bef. 1838. He was my gr-gr-grandfather. I believe they were in Russia at that time. Their son, Friedrich b. 1838 was my gr-grandfather. His son, Heinrich Fauth, b. 1881 at Bergdorf (Russia?) is my grandfather. Are any of these Fauths in your family tree?

I just started to search and I am waiting to receive
some copies of an achive. I don't know yet, if there
is any connection to Russia, but it is possible, because
the first names of German Fauth's who went to Russia are
many times the same and also there are in all trees twins.
It must be before 1800. As soon as I know more I will
inform you.

My grandfather is Heinrich. He is #12 of the children of Friedrich Fauth . I found him on that information you suggested.
I wonder what the 6 children died from in 1877? Heinrich and his sister Katharina were the only siblings to come to the US.

I believe my mother's family of Emilia and Jacob Fauth migrated from Germany to somewhere in Russia. My father says his mother-in-law says they lived in Buku, Azerjaban. At that time in history it was part of Russia. Does anyone know anything about this? Or these Fauths?

I have a list of Fauths who went to Russia.
Do you have birth and marriages dates?
I would check in my list.
