My grand mother was Ethel Anna Fedora, she married a Charles Bryant in Illinois. They divorced and she moved to California as far as I know.

She was from Pittsburg and born around 1903. I am not sure when she moved to California, I assume around 1930+.

Are we close?

Becky,
Alot of my Fedora Line comes from Pennsylvania then moved into IL and Ohio. But this is only when they came into the United States. Before the U.S. My line goes into Prussia. I spelling of Fedora is an americian version. In Prussia it is spelled Fidora. We need to compare some names and dates. I think we could be connected but I need to know if you can go any further back than your grandmother.
I have 4 generations of Fedora/Fidora lines. Dating back to 1836.
Lorraine Loretta Fedora (living) My Mother
Carl Heinrich Gustave Fedora b.1889
Johann Fidora b.1862
Johann Fidora b.1836
I have alot of sibling and marriages information on all of these so maybe through one of them we might discover a connection.

I don't have any data on Ethel Anna Fedora, except what is on my dad's birht certificate.

She supposedly came from Pittsburg and was born in 1903.

They lived at 317 North 19th street in Jackson County, Murphysboro, Ill. This was when my dad was born on Augst 4, 1925.

Other than that nothing. I know that they got divorced and she is supposed to have moved to Calif.

Any help you have would be great. I am at a great loss right now.

Thanks

Fedora

Becky,
Do you have a list of names dates and places. You may find relatives by looking at some of the other siblings. Sometimes the county Census help.

I realy would need your E Mail address to send you my info in the form of a gedcom file. I use paf 4.0

Lori;
Great to find someone on the same line. My mother said to say hello! So what can I share with you? New York and Hawaii are sure stretching the family line a little.
