Does your family tree have a Henry or Konrad Feik? I am thinking now that either there are two spellings of this surname or this is two different families altogether. My family spelling was FEIK and they were from Hesse Darmstadt, Germany. If you have anything could you please let me know?

Thanks!
Marie

My Feick Family is also from the area where you are looking. We have a Johann Valentine Feick in our family. I have a book written by a Feick called Building America a History of the Family Feick. The home place for my Feick's is STEINAU. Does this mean anything to you? My genealogy starts with Hans Feick born in 1562. I hope to hear from you again.

I have some information on Feick's and yes we do have a CONRAD who was married to an Elizabeth Weber. From what I have seen they have spelled Feick many different ways and they are all related. A Feick from Pennsylvania contacted me this morning by e-mail. He said 5 Feick brothers came over from Germany together and then split up. I know that my Feick and his wife came over with his sister and her husband. Philip George Feick and his wife Elizabeth Fetters and his sister Anna Katherine and her husband John Philip Bauer came over in 1843 and settled in Crawford County, Ohio I hope to hear from you again.

Yes, that is also the way they spelled Feick with a V. I have information regarding how the Feick Family got the farm at 46 Steinau. Where do you fit into Han's Family..We go from Hans Kathrina Medress Feick to Martin and Anna Barbara Zeunert. I will wait until I hear from you by e-mail before I tell you any more. I am excited because you are the first one that I have actually made a connection to Steinau. I will wait to hear from you.

Hi there ...

I received your post and wondering if any of your Feick family members are the father of my great-great grandfather Henry Johann Feik (or could have been spelled Feick at sometime). Our family spells the name Feik now though. We are not 100% certain that Konrad is the father of Henry Feik ... do you have any idea who his father was and who his siblings were. I know all the children that Henry had with both wives, Catherine Kimmel and Minerva Cupp. Minerva is my gg grandmother but, I cannot seem to find out Henry's father mother for certain or who his siblings were. Hope to hear again .....

I can't find any Henry Feick in our family. Conrad Feick parents were John Jacob Feick and Margaret Elizabeth Widman. My e-mail address is philly@nwonline.net. I will keep looking thru a book I have called Feick's in America.
