My Great Grandfather is William Freshwater, their second child, born 25 Jun 1834 in Ashland Co. Ohio. He married Ellen Jane Chance on 3 Jul 1856. Hi, Reuben was my 4th grandfather. Best I've been able to track, his son George married Mary Hunter, produced son Benjamin. Benjamin married Mary Buxton; their daughter Mary Lavina Freshwater is my great-grandmother. She married James Edward Billingsley. I only have the 1st ed. of Freshwater so now I'll have to order the second volume. Thanks for the info!
Hi, I have been trying to find out info on a Ben Freshwater that married a Sally Wyatt. Don't know much else about them except that a had a son Lee Freshwater. Lee called himself Lee Martin, somewhere along the line someone changed the name, from freshwater to martin. Lee ended up in TN, Loudon Co. married to Lillian Woody. He also had a half sister named Hetty White. I guess white was her married name?? Don't know for sure. Any help out there I would greatly appreciate it,Thanks Pat
