Hello Sandy I just got online here and I thought it was pretty cool to see other people with my name coming to the same place. It looks like you are looking for relatives and I don't know if we are related but I am also Fronek and I am livin in South Carolina for now. I am from Chicago though, there are a lot of Froneks there, it would be real interesting to find out where my name came from so if you do figure anything out just post it here, I will check sometime.

I am working on a branch of my family (distant cousins)named Fronek. They lived in Walla Walla WA at one point. The mother's family were early Oregon pioneers and the father was the son of James Fronek (reportedly born in Bohemia). Does this connect with your family?

My father, Stephen A. Fronek, was born in Cleveland. His parents were from Bohemia (Prague). Many Fronek's in Cleveland, probably all related one way or another. I was born in Pittsburgh in 1939. I have a sister, Stephanie Keppel. My grandfather was Anton Fronek, grandmother was Mary Nemecik. Other relative on father's side...John and Anna Svoboda, Agnes Remesnicek, Marie Svoboda, Anthony Fronek, Louis Fronek, Albina Fronek. My mother was Mary Eleanor Puskar from Imperial, PA. (near Pittsburgh). How about all these Fronek's, and most likely we're ALL related.
