Hello. Am looking for information regarding the Fullerton family ( I believe my grandfather's first name was Nathan like his eldest son, who resided for some time in Fall River Township near Ottawa, IL. The majority of our relatives settled in Ottawa, IL. I have information regarding that Richard Fullerton and his brother first settled in Ohio (where we are currently living) and that (Nathan???) moved to the LaSalle county in Illinois.

Any information would be helpful, because I would like to know if my grandfather was actually born in the United States or if he immigated possibly from England. My mother's recollection is not completed because she has been ill for so many years and we are not sure if her information is trustworthy.

Please help us on this search as my daughter is doing a research project and we could use extra information such as where my grandfather actually originated from.

Thank you,

Faith (Rinker) Oglesby
Mother's name is : Mary Lucille (Fullerton)Rinker

Do you know if you have a James Thraykill Fullerton
in your line. The only thing I know is James
was born in Illinois. I do not have any sister
or brothers for him. The family moved to Minn
and that is where my Uncle was born. Alonzo
Fullerton.

Gregg -- I would be most interested in the information you have on the 6 Fullerton brothers who came to America. Do you know if one of them was a John Fullerton m. Mary Biggs/Beggs in Ballyclare, Ireland, then came to America in 1818? Also, I would be very interested in the info you have on the background of the Fullertons dating back to 1400. Please e-mail me. Samuel H. (1786-1864) married Jane Delano.

I am looking for information on Fullertons. I don't have too much to go on. My great grandfather was William Fullerton he was married to Ellen Stewart and lived in PA. I believe they only had one child (my grandfather) James Stweart Fullerton. James was born May 15,1911 and died Feb 27,1967. He married Deborah Eloise Packer and they lived in PA then moved to NY. When he died he lived in Elmira, NY but they may haved lived somewhere else in NY before moving to Elmira. I'm lost on where to start looking so any help would be great! Please email me with any information you have. Thanks!
