Looking for ancestry on the above couple. Theodore may be the son of John Garlitz. They had the following children: Mary, James, Sarah, William and Christopher.

i found my gggrandmother mary elizabeth garlitz and related garlitz's. i did not find a theodore but there are mary's and a sarah...i'm currently sorting this info out and adding it to my family tree maker v6 program. family search will also list the person(s) who donated the info about the person you look up-that way you can write them for info on how they got the info they submitted ect.

Heidi,My Gtgrandmother was from Pa. but probably moved to Maryland, She aws Amelia Garlitz and married Issac Thompson Fitzwater in Alturas Co. Idaho were Iassc had moved from Garrett Co. Md. Allen Garlitz of Swanton,Garrett Co. Md. also married Margaret Susan Fitzwater who was Isaac's sister. Allen and Amelia might have been brother and sister. From Amelia Garlitz Fitzwater death certf.
