I have often found this William Knickrehm as part of the Krause line from Elgin Illinois. However, the William I seek died in Davenoprt, iowa many years before your William. I have unsuccessfully worked to find a connection between our families, but have not had luck. I'd like some help if possible. thank you

I know of a few Knickrehm's from my family. they came from Germany about 1880's. A father named Peter and his wife Augusta. They had the following children: Charlie, Augusta, Adolph, Rudolph, and Clemintina. This is taken of a 1900 census of Chicago, Cook county, Illinois. Augusta married a man named Ernst Boege. And Clementina married a man named Frank Robert Brickman (his mother is Caroline Boege bother of Ernst).

Frank Robert Brickman is my great grand father. For about three generations that Brickman's lived in Springbrook, Washburn County, Wisconsin.

If you have additonal information besides this, please you can it with me. These three families are hard to find and figure out. Thank you.
