I am researching our family tree and I am looking for information regarding Clara LaBorde and her family. Clara married Rudolph Rennert of Oshkosh, Wisconsin in Winnebago County. Couple of the children's names are: Lawrence, Clarence, Norbert. Bd approximately 1880's. Anyone with information.

I have Clara in my database... married to R. Rennert. have a daughter, Marlyn. clara is dau of George LaBorde and Ida Paleing. George is the son of Luke LaBoard and Louisa Beaupre.
Marlyn married someone named Urich --they had son Wayne and daughter Fern. Those are the only two children of that family that I know of.

The Luke LaBorde who married Louisa Beaupre is a brother to Alexandre LaBorde my direct line ancestor. g g grandfather.

I've yet to entirely figure out the LaBorde connection,though I know they are related on my father's side. LaBorde doesn't seem to be a common name, and it's less common here in Wisconsin. Seeing that you mentioned Oshkosh I had to respond. My uncle let me borrow one of grandmother's photo alblums. There are old news clippings and obituaries of the LaBorde family in it. They Seem to center around a George E. Laborde. Let me know if you have any imformation or would like imformation.
