Aloha, all you Poahas. I've been trying to do some research from afar on my Poaha family roots. My mother is Elizabeth Keaka Poaha Heinicke of Honolulu. Her parents are Leo Kapalaau and Elizabeth Lee Poaha. Leo's father was Andrew Analu Poaha of Molokai and his mother was Elizabeth Keaka Kapiioho also of Molokai. If anyone can help me with some information, it would be greatly appreciated. Mahalo, Sharon

Aloha from Molokai!
My husband Henry Kanuha Poaha Tancayo is the grandson of James Kapiioho Poaha. I have a lot of information as my husband was instrumental in spearheading the first Poaha Reunion. Auntie Keaka was very dear to my heart as I spent a lot of time with her on her visits to Molokai. Please contact me at leitancayo@hotmail .com as well as my other email address. Am anxious to hear from you!
