As we all know, Mary CHILTON of the Mayflower had no descendants named CHILTON. I have been informed that Mary had at least two brothers who remained in Holland. Does anyone have any information regarding the descendants of these brothers?

Hi Mary,
I was reading the Mayflower thing about the Chiltons
several months ago. I'm sure it said that Mary
was probably adopted by the Miles Standish family
and probably assumed his last name. It left me
hanging about where we came from, with the vague notion
that the old man who died on the Mayflower had several
sons who remained in England, but possibly arrived
at a later date. I posted in another place on this forum
also. There is a Chilton Township in England. I'm now
thinking we may have all originated there.
I've got a URL somewhere from a Suzanne Chilton who made
a small website about this town. Please email
me if you are interested.

Don't know how much you have learned. I have been resurching my tree and have found a letter about Mary Chilton being in my families past but havn't made the conection yet. I know Mary was the first female to set foot on Plymouth Rock. I have a list of her children and I'm working on the blanks.
