Variance in names

Classification: Query
Surnames: Cinader, Cinadr, Snyder, Schneider
My great grandparents immigrated around 1851-1855 from Bohemia to Davenport, Iowa using the last name Cinader. They had 10 more children while in Iowa, and in about 1897 moved to Chicago, IL as "Snyder."

Their last name has been spelled so many different ways--but Frank Cinader was listed on his death certificate in 1898. He had married Kate Holub.

I am trying to find where they came from...Can anybody help me?

Thank you.

Kathif1951,
Perhaps this link would point you in the right direction? Cinader may be a variation of Zinader.

Joe,
Thank you so much! Yes, I didn't include Zinader because I thought that was just the way I interpreted the German priest's handwriting when their children were baptized. It looked like Jenader and Zinader and Zenader.

Thank you! I appreciate your help.
