Lanskroun Parish Records online?

Have actual land settlement document from 1904 for Johan Benesch from Dittersbach. Someone said it is in the parish Lanskroun. Are there parish records online?

I am looking for possible birth record of Johan Benesch who was born May 4, 1853. (census records say he was born in Austria, Germany, or Bohemia).

Father listed as Franz Benesch, and mother listed as Anna. Probable brother named Franz. Other family listed on land settlement are Albert Benesch who was the mayor, and Rose Benesch.

If it was village Dittersbach in the Vicariate Lanškroun, today in Czech village Horní Dobrouč in district Ústí nad Orlicí, then registers are available online on the website: http://vychodoceskearchivy.cz/zamrsk/matriky/. You need to download the whole registers from the site. Parish was in a nearby village Dolní Čermná, from 1898 it was a separate parish.

There are with the same name in Eastern Bohemia also village Dittersbach = today Stašov, in district Svitavy or today Jetřichov, in district Náchod… But in Horní Dobrouč in district Ústí nad Orlicí, as far I know (from old cadastral maps), the family Benesch lived in the 19th century.
