Parish registers-Abbtsdorf/Damnikov (including Tirpes/Trpik)

My great-grandma was from Schirmdorf (Semanin) & I've recently been looking through the parish registers for Abtsdorf & Schirmdorf. I discovered that one of her grandmas was from nearby Tirpes (Trpik). I downloaded those records & found her & siblings along with their parents' marriage. The records for there from the Zamrsk archives only go back to 1754, after her parents' births. Does anyone know if there are records anywhere for farther back? Have they just not been digitized? Were they lost or destroyed? Or were they part of a different parish earlier? I've looked around on the internet but can't find an answer.

You are right, in inventory of parish registers from Archive in Zamrsk is the oldest register births for parish Damnikov Nr.1084, Sign.1266 from years 1754 – 1784, it was for the whole territory of the parish, including the village Trpík (Tirpes), but it is not yet digitized. I think that there were not older registers. Before it was part of the diocese Litomysl since 1350, this area was assigned to town Lanskroun. In Damníkov is a separate parish since 1754. Before 1754 you might try the parish registers of town Lanskroun, but there probably nothing from the village Trpík will be ...
Further to history perhaps try maybe some old urbariums, List of persons according to the faith from year 1651, land records - but it is not yet none of these, as far as I know, digitized.
Sorry, I guess I did not help more. Regards

Thanks so much! I'll have to check the one you named & see if there's any entries for Tirpes in there. I was kind of disappointed after working on my ancestors in Schirmdorf (Semanin) as their parish, as part of Abtsdorf, goes back to 1625. Most of my German lines' parishes don't go that far, most start in the early 1700s.

I can be mistaken, but it looks so... maybe you'll get lucky to find something. Regards
