What is your question, or your goal? We'd love to help, but don't know what it is you are looking for. Birth information, immigration information, earlier censuses? Or were you just trying to resolve the discrepancy between Bohemia and Austria? If the last, then Zlatica answered it; it's totally political. People from the ancestral land of Bohemia spoke Czech but were subjects of Austria, so the answer given depended on who was answering the question the day the census was taken.

Also, where was she in the two censuses, so we can go look, too.
