US Newspapers Northeast - Suffix

Evening all,

Just came across an entry which has - Jr.Esq. after the man's name.

Do I key both, or just the first one listed, which in this case would be Jr?

Cheers,
Sue

Where you have more than one prefix or suffix (I've just found a "Dr., Rev.") should I key them with or without the comma: "Dr, Rev" or "Dr Rev"? Or maybe it doesn't matter, as long as they're both entered!

I have been keying these with a comma in between, unless it is something like 'Lt Col'.

I really think the comma makes a bit more sense in the case of "Dr, Rev' or 'Jr, Esq', but that is my opinion.

Cheers,
Sue
