I have 70 people in my 2013 calendar and have entered 10 new ones and should now have 80 people, I see 80 people on the screen. I then generate report and leave the calendar. Next time I go to calendar I am back to 70 people. I saved the generated report, but that made no difference.
Whar am I missing.

Where are you entering the new names. Into the calendar itself or into the FTM database.

If you are entering the names in the calendar, the information will be lost, as the information in the calendar is generate from the information in the Database

Thanks for your reply.
I am unaware that you could post names directly into the Calendar.
In my case they are in the database. The first 70 people as well as the new 10 people were selected this way:
1.Open calendar and select Individuals to include.
2. A list pops up called: Filter Individuals.
3. Select individuals from left side and click include> and then click ok.
I have been doing this for 18 years

You've probably already checked all the options, but just to be sure - there are 2 separate check boxes for including/excluding the births & marriages of those who are deceased.

Yes I have checked the 2 boxes. The deceased husband does not appear. However, their wedding anniversary continues to appear which is wrong (wife still living).
