Hey guys,

I was wondering how I submit my tree to One World Tree. I have information on my relatives that previously submitted trees do not. I would like to submit my tree, but I do not know how.

Thanks,
Andrew

Here is what I am seeing on the OneWorldTree question

While OneWorldTree will continue to be available for searching, due to upgrades of our system we will no longer support all of the current features available in the product. The main limitation is that if you have added or edited information in OneWorldTree, we will no longer be able to display that information for you. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. To ensure that any important information you have added to OneWorldTree is preserved, we encourage you to enter it into an Ancestry Member Tree. Learn more

I would say they are fixing to dump this thing.

Regards,

Connie

Andrew-

Trees are not submitted to One World Tree--it is a composite site with information gleaned from other sources and "stitched" together.

Submit your tree to RootsWeb's WorldConnect: http://wc.rootsweb.ancestry.com/

Be wise- stay as far away from OneWorldTree as possible.

Submit you tree to either WorldConnect at Rootsweb or upload it to Ancestry as a Member Tree.

there are many messages in regard to OWT on these message boards. this is the most recent (before yours) There is an answer i gave which i hope will enlighten you as to why it is no loss to you in not being able to post to it.i like many others wish i could remove my tree!

another place which you could place your tree is TRIBLE PAGES.
