There is a happy ending to this request. After being bought in Tasmania, taken to Western Australia, some collaboration with Chris (in England), who contacted family in Victoria, and a few subsequent emails, this photo of the children, Ray & her brother Philip, is now back with its rightful family in Victoria Australia and in the possession of Philip Carter's grand-daughter.
