Does anyone know if there was a T.B. Sanitarium located in Salt Lake around 1926-1930.
If so I would like the name and how to find records from that time period.

Thanks,
P.J.

The 1930 Salt Lake city directory has the following listings:
Battle Creek Sanitarium 219 Boston Bldg
Rest Home 223 2nd E.
Utah Sanitarium 2320 South State
No idea how one might find the records. Good Luck.

My father was in a TB Sanitarium located up big cottonwood canyon around that time. He said they hiked to Donut falls, so I am guessing it was close to the Spruces. I don't know where to find more information. Good luck
