Hello everyone. I have done extensive cataloging on the Alioto/Galioto names from the Palermo City Film indexes at the LDS library. I recently found out that my line does connect to the town of Solunta/o outside of Begheria. I have an Anna Marie Galioto marrying Antonino Alioto in 1857, both born in Solunto. The parents of Antonino are Antonino and Marie Alioto. The parents of Anna are Nunzio and Caterina Tarantino. Any connections out there???
