I am researching the McDaneld and am not having any luck.I'm trying to find information on Thomas Waldo McDaneld married to Ella Baker. They had a son Lloyd Waldo, there were no other children. Thomas was born August 20, 1885, Died April, 1908, I know he died in Salt Lake City, Utah. His wife Ella was born October 31, 1884 and died in Salt Lake City, March of 1967. Their son Lloyd Waldo was born July 25, 1908 and Died in Fuengirola, Spain on May 5, 1984. He was on vacation there at the time and was brought back to Miami, Fl. where he was cremated. Can anyone help me out here. I would greatly appreciate it. Polly

Polly, my husband and I are truck drivers and we do get around to different areas. We have been to Hall county. You can find him in the 1900 censes with his mother Mary, and a brother Fletcher. I also have and obit from the St. Paul Neb. which they took from the Salt Lake newspaper. Hall county is Grand Island. Mary and his father (Thomas) were diviorced. I think, I do not have positive proof, Thomas was the son of Alfred which is the son of John from clark county, Indiana. If you would like copies of what I have please send me your address or call me. I have more info.

Jeanette, thank-you for answering so fast. I
figured I would have a couple of days or more

I show a John McDaneld and Phoebe Richardson from Pennsylvania who moved to the Silver Creek (Clark) IN area. They had 12 children. One is named Thomas. I don't believe the time frame would correlate to your birth date but maybe it would give you a lead. Hope it helps.

I was very excited to see your information about John. I believe he is the the brother to Wm. H.H. McDaneld. I would love to have information on that lineage. Please let me hear from you. MAC
