I tried to reply to William Jordan, Sr. re: Teague Quillin
line, but the message was returned. Our Quillian line
traces back to the Teague Quillin's also, and I would like
to exchange messages with him or others of this family.
The MacQuillin's occupied Dunluce Castle in Northern Ireland
in the 1600's. It is an interesting family. Helen Ashe

I am of the Quillin family that descended from Teaque Quillin. In fact my cousin John Paul Porter wrote an acclaimed factual play called "The Clan of the Quillins" describing the plight of the Quillins in Ireland and how Teaque Quillin found his way to the Virginia Colony.

My grandmother was a Qullian and I have the book on it. But I don't have the one you refer to here. Her name was Virginia Louise Quillin (1910-1990). She married in 1034 after my dad was born to an ALverson. Then she married a Pfeffer in later times since her and Frank diorced. I look an awful like my grandma.

I'm looking for documentation that Teaque QUILLIN and Peggy NATIONS had a daughter Nancy who married John WEBB in 1826. Is a will or estate settlement available?

Could you send me a copy? My line to Teague traces to an ancestor who left the MD Eastern Shore and settled in Mercer County, PA.
