I found that my grandparents came from this town. Please can you help me to reach the archives in this area? I have tried to send a fax and e-mail to no avail. Additionally, does anyone have the same spelling of the surname listed? All I have tried for years to locate why great grandparents and because of the spelling could not locate them. The Kielce Gnojno? Besides a number in present day Poland, there are a few now in present day Belarus and Ukraine.

I found my great grandparents listed one of the polish sites. What they mean by only a few in the Ukraine and cetera? Do you know if someone could look up something at the LDS church for me because I and bedridden and unable to get to a center. Thanks to you know where is the name rasal originated

When I looked up the distribution of Chmielowski, there were few (about 5) in świętokrzyskie in the 2002 surname list, and no Rasal. That is why I mentioned that there were other Gnojno.

But then I investigated other spellings for Rasal and found Rasała, of which there are many in świętokrzyskie, particularly county Busko-Zdrój in which Gnojno is located.

I looked up the online data for Gnojno and found the marriage:
#3 1856 item 13 Maciej Chmielowski & Eleonora Rasała Gnojno parish.

Use the the Genetika page above to search for other Gnojno records: U=births, M=marriages, Z=deaths. Because there are so many, set the number of records at 50 and search between a set of years.

I presume you registered.
The only thing I can think of, is you did not accept their cookie.
For Internet Explorer 7: to check, click on tools, then internet options, then privacy, then sites.
On the per site privacy actions screen:
search list of sites for genealodzy.pl or geneteka.genealodzy.pl. If there with "blocked", right click, select "allow". Click Ok.
Click OK on the internet options screen.
Refresh the geneteka screen and try again. Good luck.
