Do you have any info on Dorothy and William's parents and siblings?
The Nichol/Nicholl[s] surname appears numerous times in various branches of our family tree -- haven't found any cross links yet!
The only info I have on Isabelle 'Bella' Helen McIntosh and William 'Bill' Nicholls is that they had four children before 1933 -- Robert, James, ? and ?. Bella's mother wrote to my grandfather saying that in 1954 the Nicholls were living in Dundalk, ON and in 1956 were living in Wareham, ON.

Robert Brown McIntosh passed away at his home on Scott Street, Grand Valley, early Thursday morning, December 23rd. He would have been 84 on Friday, December 24th.
Born in Edinburgh, Scotland, in 1870, he came to Canada at an early age. He came to reside in Grand Valley in 1892. Following six years employment in Phillip's saw mill, he was employed by the C.P.R., being retired 18 years ago. In 1897, he was married in Orangeville to Alethea Dillen, who survives. Also surviving are two sons, Gordon, of Milton, and Archie, of Merlin, and three daughters Mary (Mrs. Art Ivory), of Toronto; Belle (Mrs. William Nicholls), of Wareham, and Nora (Mrs. Edward Barnard), of Toronto. Two sons predeceased him, Harry in WWI and Robert in 1949. Remains rested at Sime's Funeral Home until Sunday, Dec. 26. Public funeral service was held in Knox Presbyterian Church, Grand Valley, at 3:00 o'clock. Rev. W. McCleary conducted the services at the church and grave side. Interment was made in Union cemetery Mortuary. Pallbearers were six grandsons: Bob and Tom Ivory, Bob and Jim Nicholls, Bob and Leslie McIntosh. The flower bearers were five grandsons: Henry McIntosh, Wallace McIntosh, Kent McIntosh, Barry Bognar and Bill Burrows.
