I have a business card of gg/father Herman Hagen who was the propietor of Midland House, Seymour WI before the turn of the century. Could this be the same establishment?

Thanks for the suggetion; I don't know anything about the Midland House. All I know is a quote from the 1886-1986 Seymour Centennial booklet about "Peter Strelke's First Chance Saloon"... and from the 1920 Census at Seymour, where Peter is the manager of a saloon. Hope to visit the Seymour Museum this summer and dig for more clues.

Peter Strelke is my great great grandfather. I am looking for information on this line. His World War I draft registration card states that he was a hotel and saloon keeper. What is the Centennial booklet you quote from and does it contain more info on him?
