Hi...My father grew up in Spirit River and left in late teens.
My Dad's name was Adolph (Scotty) Almond changed name from Almonditis..
Brothers Eddy and....... My Grandma is buried in Spirit River would like to find anyone knowing anything please call me. And would like to find any other relations

Surnames: ALMONITIS
The Master Surname Index (not online) (mostly burials in Alberta cemeteries) of the Alberta Genealogical Society lists some only these only these 2 names;

Alexander ALMONITIS, died 22 Aug 1977 age 67 yrs (Pte #C32997, RCEME) buried in St Joseph RC Cemetery Spirit River.

Edward W. ALMONITIS, died 9 Mar 1979 age 65 yrs (Pte Loyal Edmonton Reg.) buried in the Grande Prairie Cemetery.
