Hello Gary,
I have heard of you looking for info before from Judy, but never got in touch with you. I have some info I think most of it you have but I do have a copy of a census record that Harry and Amanda are on. I also have a copy of Harrys land patent from 1904. Harry would be my 3 great grandfather. Get a hold of me and we can swap info I'll see about getting you copies of what I have if you don't already have them.

I don't have any of the things you listed except for the pictures of the head stones. I go down there all the time. My son is buried in St. Marys across the street from the city cemetary. I am related through the Millers if you now about them. I'll send you a copy of the census. You can find the land patent on here at http://www.glorecords.blm.gov/ under land searchs its under MO under Harry Hilker. My address is

I'm not that far from KS maybe we could get together some time. My grandmother remembers her Aunt Ruth, Aunt Georgie, and uncle Lee. Actually my dad was born at either Ruths or Georgie's I don't remember right off hand which one. She is supposed to be here in a couple of weeks. I'll try to rack her brain again. Every time we talk she remembers a little more. I talk to you soon.

I will get together what I have and get it
in the mail. It may take a few day as it is
scattered in boxes. I will also send some
information I just received about the Howells
if you would like. Don't know anything about
the Millers. could you relate how you are
connected to the Hilkers. I will send my pedigee
chart and copies of what I have. I have a photo
of Lena Hilker my grandmother the daughter of
Harry Hilker and Amanda Howell. It is a picture
take from a group photo and blown up so it
is not the greatest but the only one I have
of my grandmother Lena. Lena Hilker died when
my mother was seven and My mother didn't know
much about her mother. My mother grew up in
a childrens home. I will get together what I
have and send it in a few days.
