Junkin Family from Ireland

Hi! Several years ago I stumbled on a wonderful site on the Junkin family of Ireland. I was researching some relatives who fought in the Civil War and on the web site was a listing for a diary written by Bingham Findley Junkin. When you click onto the diary, it also has a link to his family tree. Absolutely floored me! My ancestor was there on the page as well as his siblings, etc. All the way back to the first (?) Joseph Junkin.
Check out the site - written by Eric and Liz Davis of Columbus, Ohio. They updated the site last year -
http://www.iwaynet.net/~lsci/junkin.
I am connected thru Sarah Rambo and Joseph Junkin (married Dec 1808 in Mercer County, PA). Their daughter Sarah Margaret Junkin married George Washington Clutter - their daughter Sarah Ada Clutter married John Drew Norris - their son George Milton Norris married Angie Mae Keeler - their son
Paul Drew Norris was my maternal grandfather.

Isn't this fun!

My father was born in Hamilton,Ohio Jan.16,1908. His father was Albert Junkin who was born in (i believe in Peru ,Indiana. He died in his early 40's of a heart attack ??? in 1917 or 1918. I just would like to find some information about my greatgrandfather. I do know that the second president of Miami University in Oxford was a Junkin. Hi,
My name is Kim Lovelace. My grandmother's maiden name was Junkin. Mary Josephine Junkin. She was from Indiana, moved to Ohio. Her father died of throat cancer. She never saw her mother again. I do know that they were supposedly Pennsylvania Dutch. My grandmother married Emmett Davis in Ohio. She died in 1964. If this helps or you can help me find some info.
would greatly appreciate it.
thanks, kim

George's children were Thomas, William, and Howard. Thomas had a daughter named Gayle. William had two children, Carla and John. John had two children Eric and Megan. That is all I know. I am sure you know more since I do not know where you fit in. George is a descendent of Joseph Junkin I and maybe John Lewis Junkin. I have more info if you would like it. I would like any info you have.
