Michelle,
I am trying to trace Jack & Victor Hehir who are brothers that immigrated to America during the 1920's from Ireland. Jack & victor would have been in their late 20's or early 30's. Do they appear on any of the gravestones you have seen?

Thanks for your help, Mary

Hi Mary,

I have not seen any gravestones for Jack or Victor. Just in case you did not see the gravestones website it's at:
http://www.irishmcgoff.com/St_Patricks_Cemetery_Binghamton.h...

It might come in handy in the future when you start piecing your family together.

Sorry I couldn't have been of more help.

Did you see a gravestone for Timothy Hehir and what were the dates on it?
Appreciate it.
Thanks and God Bless you,
Mary

Hi Mary,

All the graves posted are all that I have. Did you have an
ancestor named Tim Hehir that lived in Binghamton, NY?

Michelle

Hi Michelle,
First of all, thanks for replying to my message. I'm reaching for straws here. My daughter-in-law's Mom had a son born in 4/19/53, named Timothy Rittner Hehir, whom she gave up for adoption when he was a year old. Merrianne(daughter-in-law) is the one who asked me to search for her brother. I've searched everywhere, even cemetaries, hoping NOT to find him there. We've been searching for so long, Tim was adopted in New York, I'm from Louisiana, so I know nothing about NY, just grasping at anything that may help me find him. Obviously, his name has been changed, since I can't find any Timothy R. Hehir any where in the US.
I just wanted to know if he may be in a cemetary somewhere in NY.
Thanks,
Mary

Michelle, I am back trying to find my Hahers/Hehirs in Bing-hamton. I just saw this post from 11 years ago. I hope you are still around and might be able to help once again. My line is your "Family C" Thomas Haher who married Mary Shaughnessy at St. Patrick's Dec. 5, 1869. My home e-mail is now dreyes19@comcast.net. I hope to hear from you.
