#2 is Bukovina.
Your research is not in present Austria but where ever the location Luzana is.

Some KOSTASIUKs who arrived thru NY Ellis Island to America. I did not look their individual manifest to see if they were "in transit" to Canada. I also did not look if the location is in Ukraine or Romania.

right side by large 12 a location LUZAN. Further South is location Storozynetz and little bit inward from Luzan is Kostesie and Starostie.

Storozynek and Korozynek would seem to me be Storozynetz;

Dear Zlatica,
Yes I looked at your reply here too but haven't had a chance to dig into it yet. Question: IS there any surname exactly
Kostashuk or do the names you posted sound the same? I found Kostashuk spelling in a book about Wandering River where Pearle Kostashuk lived with her husband Harry Beraska.

You're welcome. Sometimes I might seem impatient :)
Take a listen in http://ivona.com for the pronounciation of the spelling your ancestor used in Canada and then use a Polish voice for the one I think sounds like KOSTASHUK.
Most likely Pearl/Pearle was a Paraska in "old country" and Harry a Hryc/Hrynko. One would think their church marriage record would have the spelling that was used in the homeland.

In the book about Wandering River, it indicates that Harry was born in 1906, and arrived in Canada aboard the SS Celtic at the age of 20 into Halifax.

I found him aboard the Celtic arriving in Halifax in August 1926, as Grigore Berezca, aged 20, last of Lujeni, Roumania; gives his mother, Elizabeth, of Lujeni Jud., Cernauti, Romania as next of kin at home, bound for his uncle, Nicholai Kozsachuk of Luzan, Alberta. His gives his nationality as Ukranian.

I would read the place of residence in Romania as the village of Lujeni, in the Judet (County) of Cernauti.
