Hi Allison, I have several sheets of data on the Morris Cty Allisons with earliest date 1788. Sources are shown as family bibles, wills and other records. You may already have this data. I can smail it to you if you give me an address.

Mycorrect email is now: bobmayers@msn.com Do you have any knowledge of the Paterson Allisons? See my Allison message board of Feb 15 2002. Regards, Bob Mayers

I also am looking for Allison ancestors of New York, their names are Zachariah and Mary Allison. They had a son, John (my grandfather) born about 1897. John was born in New York City according to he and my grandmother's marriage certificate. This is the only info I have.

Bonnie, My areas of expertise on the Allisons are Rockland and Orange Cos of NY. A quick check does not show your folks there. Any idea where they were from? If NYC I can't help you. Bob Mayers
